The Kollective is a Singapore-based agency platform specialising in talent identity rights, intellectual property management and selected brand licensing across Asia.
We help talent protect, manage and generate long-term value from their image, likeness, voice and creative identity. Our work covers traditional commercial usage, archive licensing, renewals and extensions, as well as approved AI-generated content, digital replicas and AI twins.
The Kollective is not a conventional talent or booking agency. We work alongside talent agencies, managers and representatives, who remain responsible for bookings and career management. When a commercial booking reaches us, it is directed to the talent’s appointed agent or the agency responsible for the introduction.
For talent, our role is to provide structured oversight of how their identity is approved, licensed, used and monetised. This can continue throughout their career and after they have stepped away from active professional work, when existing images and content may still carry commercial value.
HOW WE WORK
We connect rights holders, talent, agencies, brands, producers and approved technology partners through a controlled licensing process.
Each project is reviewed individually. Rights, usage, approvals, territories and commercial conditions are established before activation. We then oversee documentation, reporting, royalty collection and the continuing management of approved use.
